Software Test Engineer

Are you an experienced Software Test Engineer? Would you like to work in a small, focused team of professionals dedicated to quality code and products that make a difference? MetaCommunications is looking for a driven and talented person to join our core team in Iowa City. The successful candidate will drive and take full ownership for the quality of assigned projects.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of software development process and testing methodologies.
• High motivation, self-initiative, and a `can do' attitude.
• Desire to work in agile environment where everyone matters.

Any of the following skills are a plus

• Experience with relational databases and T-SQL.
• Cross-platform testing experience (Win32, Mac OS X, and Web).
• Software development or test automation (scripting) experience.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience in a leadership and mentoring role.
